Citroen | special editions | Citroen 2 CV2009 is the 60th anniversary of the Citroen 2CV (deux chevaux): the quirky little car that got France on wheels and is as iconic to Citroen as the original Beetle is to Volkswagen. To commemorate this anniversary, Citroen decided to give the little budget-minded car an upgrade. The company chosen by Citroen to design this edition was Hermes, the well-known French designer whose last automotive project was the slightly more upscale Bugatti Veyron FBG by Hermes.
